IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES:
Whether you have shopped here many times before or are a brand new client,
you must have a Requisition for Clothing Form in hand to shop. This
is a new policy due to the high volume of clients we are now serving.

How do I get a Requisition for Clothing Form for my child? If you are the parent of a school-age child in the Edmonds, Everett, or Mukilteo School Districts, please contact your school’s main office. They will give you a Requisition for Clothing Form with all the information you need on it. If you are the parent of a school-age child in a different school district, please call 425-741-6500 for referral information. If you are the parent of a Head Start student, you may get a Requisition for Clothing Form from Head Start. However, please note that shopping for non-school age children does not begin until October 5th. If you are the parent of a non-school
age child that does NOT attend Head Start, please call 425-741-6500 for
referral information. Please note that shopping for non-school age
