DONATE TO CLOTHES FOR KIDS
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, nearly 80% of Clothes For Kids' budget is funded through in-kind contributions of clothing and volunteer time. In order to meet the increasing demand for our community, it is more important than ever before that we have the flexibility that monetary contributions give us. The support of cash donations from foundations, corporations, and individuals allows us to continue to operate our store front and gives us the opportunity to purchase items that are not donated, to meet the basic needs of our families.
Clothes For Kids was founded in 1984 by Sharie Ennis. Sharie worked tirelessly for more than 20 years to grow Clothes For Kids from the boys locker room at Scriber Lake High School to the location we have today. We now provide more than 4,000 school wardrobes each year and, as we move into our 29th year of service, we continue to seek support from the community to help us meet the needs of students in Head Start through 12th grade.
This year is the second year of our Major Giving Circle named after our founder, Sharie Ennis. Members of the Sharie Ennis Founders Circle will help to secure operating revenue for Clothes For Kids, allowing us to continue providing very high quality clothing to students throughout Snohomish County. To join the the Sharie Ennis Founders Circle, we ask that members contribute $1,000 over the next year. You can choose to pay with a one-time payment of $1,000, quarterly payments of $250, or ten monthly payments of $100 each.
