Clothes for Kids welcomes Volunteers!
Why we exist:
- To provide children from low-income families with stylish, free school wardrobes, school supplies and backpacks.
- To enhance self-esteem by providing clothing that allows every child to fit in with their peers so they can concentrate on learning.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
- VOLUNTEER AT CLOTHES FOR KIDS!!! We are always looking for friendly, hard-working volunteers to staff the client and donations area--receive donations, sort and clean clothing, restock clothing, and assist clients. Typically volunteers commit to one day per week for the duration of the school year. Training provided.
- Day and night shifts available! Weekly volunteer shifts are:
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
OTHER VOLUNTEER POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
- Community Outreach - organize clothing drives!
