Dear Friend of Clothes For Kids,
As more families struggle through these challenging economic times, Clothes For Kids is pleased to continue to serve our community. That is why I am writing you today--to ask for your financial support of an organization that I am proud to support as a donor and board member.
Clothes for Kids anticipates serving more than 6,000 low-income children and family members this year. Our programs help provide clothing that will keep them warm and preserve their dignity through their families' financial struggles. Already, in the first ten weeks of school we have supplied well over 2,200 children with wardrobes and there is a long way to go!
Each year, Clothes For Kids gives confidence to thousands of school children by providing them, at no cost to their families, with shoes, coats and proper clothing in a “retail store” environment. We believe this unique program keeps children healthy, happy and builds their self-esteem in school while easing the financial burden on low-income families.
Clothes For Kids needs your support! There are a number of ways to give. This year in honor of our founding Executive Director Sharie Ennis, we are adding a major gift component to our annual campaign.
