Clothes For Kids is holding our first ever Bowl-A-Thon Saturday, April 21st at Lynnwood Bowl & Skate. Each participant in our Bowl-A-Thon will receive a t-shirt and we are looking for fun and creative artwork by a young artist in our community to feature on this shirt!
The theme of the artwork can include any of the following: clothes, kids, bowling, transformation.
Here's how the contest works!
1. Eligible entrants must be in preschool through 12th grade, ages 4 to 19.
2. One piece of artwork can be submitted per person.
3. Artwork should be submitted on a white piece of 8.5" x 11" paper.
4. On the back of the artwork, please clearly print in pencil: the artist's first and last name, age and grade, school attending and a phone number where the artist and parent/guardian can be reached.
5. Artwork must be received by Clothes For Kids by Wednesday, February 29, 2012, in order to be considered for the contest.
6. Artwork can be mailed, dropped at Clothes For Kids during our donation hours or e-mailed to jingram@clothesforkids.org. If mailing or hand-delivering artwork, please address as follows: Clothes For Kids, Attn: Bowling Committee, 16725 52nd Ave W, Suite B, Lynnwood, WA 98037.
Artwork will be reviewed by the Clothes For Kids High School Advisory Committee and the winner will be selected March 9, 2012.
The winning artist will have their artwork displayed on 500 t-shirts for the event and receive a $50.00 Fred Meyer gift card.
